In many polyphonic cultures, three-part harmony is a basis of the local singing tradition. In Georgia the three voices are called Modzakhili, Mtkmeli and Bani; in Corsica - Terza, Seconda and Bassu; in Bistritsa in Bulgaria they are called Okane, Buchat pravo and Buchat krivo - the list is long...
