Praised for their "solid technique imbued with great sensitivity" (Fanfare Magazine) the Anglo-American Duo has evolved into a renowned ensemble that regularly tours in the United States and Europe. Formed in 2009, the Anglo-American Duo specializes in music from the United States of America and Britain. Comprised of American violinist Timothy Schwarz and British pianist Jane Beament, the Duo has given numerous European performances throughout the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Greece, and Hungary. American performances include the University of Delaware, Rowan University (NJ), Moravian College (PA), Kutztown University (PA), Middlesex Community College (MA), the Chamber Music Series of Greater Johnston (PA), and the Chamber Music Series in the Old Chapel (Bethlehem, PA). Radio performances include Classic Shock on Radio Libera Tutti (Italy) and Simply Grand on WVIA (USA).

Since his solo debut with the legendary Philadelphia Orchestra at age nine, violinist Timothy Schwarz has been praised for his "energetic performances" (Rome News) and "technique beyond reproach" (Buffalo Times). Schwarz has recorded solo and chamber music CD's for Naxos, EMI, Marquis Classics, and Centaur Records. The American Record Guide praised his 2006 solo CD as "good enough to be the only recording in your collection", and his 2013 CD featuring the Pulitzer Prize Winner Jennifer Higdon was on the Top 10 Classical Albums in 2013 by the Philadelphia City Paper. Other awards include Best Artist in Maryland from the National Endowment from the Arts, and Gold Medal in the Artistic Ambassador Competition in Washington, DC.

Jane Beament has an international reputation as a contemporary music specialist. She has given more than fifty premieres and had many works written for her. Whilst living in Philadelphia she gave the US premiere of Spectrum, several performances on WFLN radio and was director of the Quintet:Essentials concert series. She also appeared at the Tampa Bay Composers' Forum and was a member of the Settlement New Music Players.

Jane has appeared at the Istanbul Film Festival under Carl Davies and was guest performer in the American Adventures Festival promoted by the Amsterdam Concertgebouw. In 2010 Jane released a solo CD of Sonatas 1-3 by David Osbon on the Music Chamber label and gave the UK and US premieres of all three works.In London, Jane has appeared at the Wigmore Hall, Blackheath Concert Halls and St Martin's in the Field (amongst others.) She has featured as concerto soloist with the Dartford Symphony Orchestra, Kingston University Symphony Orchestra and Blackheath String Orchestra.
