Timber Wind Ensemble

will play in the English Reformed Church in the Begijnhof in Amsterdam.

The program includes Serenade no. 1 (Brahms) and parts of On an Overgrown Path (Janacek).

Timber Wind Ensemble was founded in 1986 and has given concerts throughout the country. The repertoire consists of wind music written for double quintet. The basic ensemble is also often expanded with some strings and/or brass players. Timber plays under the direction of Leon Berendse.
