Dear Friends,

With restrictions meaning the church services need to be live streamed, can I express my warmest thanks to the tech team for all their skill and hard work. As I have watched the services later, I am amazed at how well they have been able to weave everything together.

Can I also thank Richard for sourcing the hymns from his archives, as well as arranging for soloists to take part in the services. Despite the restrictions, Richard has still cooked up a musical feast over the Christmas season.

Sunday's service will include a celebration of holy communion and, although only five or six of us will be present in the church, you are still able to receive communion.

Please have some bread as well as a glass of wine or juice ready when you watch the service and I will be glad to explain what will happen.

Until then, I hope you have enjoyed a good Christmas, and Margaret joins me in wishing you and yours a safe and healthy 2022.

Russell
